Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the of multiple programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and R&D processes.
Manage associated risks and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
Foster crossfunctional collaboration to develop new functionality with a strong emphasis on customer adoption and satisfaction.
Recruit build and lead a highperforming team.
Conduct performance reviews 1on1s and employee engagement activities.
Inspire colleagues customers and partners by explaining plans demonstrating product capabilities and presenting our vision strategy and roadmap.
Continuously expand domain knowledge share experience and guide others.
Actively engage in crosscollaborative activities forums and guilds to enhance productivity processes and organizational efficiency.
Interact and collaborate effectively across all parts of R&D and the wider organization.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in program management and leading crossfunctional teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple programs and associated risks.
A track record of delivering value and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
