Participate to prestudy phases: understand the differences vs group standard model and participate to gap analysis
Propose Oracle technical evolution when needed and change management actions for successful deployment. Followup change requests implemented
Support Oracle PPM deployment migration activities (UAT Training documentations
New business integration: manage adaptation of Oracle core model & be proactive
Interface with Oracle teams
Provide and structure REX and improvements ideas
2/ Roll Out Oracle technical support evolution:
Participate to the update of Oracle in compliance with management rules and group finance rules
Identify defects propose Change Request test new parameters and participate in change management implementation
Participate to various projects related to tools deployment organizations rationalization and changes
Full understanding of the core model and ability to translate it into Oracle world
3/ Documentation & Training:
Training: sponsors initiatives to build awareness on the latest developments
Animate Key Users community (webinar newsletter : regional level and site level
Document: prepare step by step and instructions document
Update Guided Learning and Chatbot tool when needed and ensure full consistency of these tools
4/ Reporting:
OTBI Key User: develop reports as per request
Deliver regular and accurate reporting (weekly follow up of actions .
Oversees initiatives to improve financial performance and initiatives and reporting
Follow up masterdata management of Finance function with IT
Qualifications :
Education: Graduate of a business school engineering school or equivalent in finance with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in international environments.
Professional experience: Proven experience in project control in longterm project environments such as engineering construction or industrial sectors. Strong experience in project accounting and financial analysis.
Skills:
Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
Proficiency in BI tools or EPM systems strongly desired.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into actionable information.
Businessoriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Experience in process improvement and change management in complex organizations.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Fluent in English and French (written and oral).
