Job Description
What We Are Seeking:
- An experienced LPN or RN to provide care for a 15 mo/ F
- suffers from Malacia spells due to her genetic syndrome BeckwithWiedemann and is trach/vent dependent.
- Competitive Compensation ranging from $45 to $55 hourly.
- Compensation is specific to this case
- Scheule Needs: MondaySaturday
- Fulltime and PartTime positions available.

Responsibilities:
- Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
- Administer prescribed medication treatments and therapies with precision and care.
- Document all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
- Educate patients and families on the disease process selfcare techniques prevention strategies and meeting the patients nursing needs.
Qualifications :
- Active RN License in Washington/Compact (required)
- Attention to Detail
- Time Management Skills
- Effective ProblemSolving and Conflict Resolution
- Good Organization and Effective Communication
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
