Job Description
Are you a motivated student with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data Do you want to gain handson experience in Carrier Procurement and Integration operations while working in a dynamic international environment If you have a proactive attitude and a keen eye for details and are ideally based in Berlin this role is perfect for you!
The essence of your role
- Manage two external service providers and coordinate internal processes.
- Handle invoice control reporting and data maintenance.
- Oversee account inquiries and label configurations.
- Support procurement and integration projects.
- Contribute to process optimization and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications :
This is what you need to succeed
- Enrolled student in a Business Economics Computer Science or a related field and able to work 20 hours weekly.
- English (C1 & German (B1 proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with databases scripts or APIs.
- Analytical solutionoriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
