Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to drive advanced development and process improvements within the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Fx and Power Query along with strong software engineering principles. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts provide technical support and ensure best practices in code quality security and DevOps deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize applications using Power Apps Power Automate Power Fx Power Query Dataflows and Power BI.
- Design applications following software engineering principles to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Perform code reviews to maintain highquality standards and mentor junior developers.
- Provide training and technical support to development team members.
- Estimate work and provide accurate timelines for development tasks.
- Communicate design ideas and root cause analysis effectively to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Document deployment steps for DevOps teams and monitor deployments to higher environments.
- Identify design and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
- Maintain thorough documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataflows).
- 8 years of experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using JavaScript plugins and custom PCF controls.
- 8 years of experience in JavaScript/JavaScript frameworks JSON RESTful services and C#.NET development.
- 8 years of experience in data integration and implementing security & governance in the Power Platform.
- 8 years of experience with Gitbased version control (branching merging code reviews).
- 8 years of experience in estimating work and resource requirements for project planning.
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
Additional Information :
Prefer local candiidates willing to work 23 days a week in office
