The PPS Regional Director is responsible for the oversight of Practice and Office Managers within their region; to include the implementation of fiscal operational and programmatic procedures to ensure compliance with applicable accreditation regulations and policies. The role reports to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee Practice Managers to ensure organizational standards policies and procedures budget and other identified tasks are maintained and followed based on divisional expectations set by leadership
Assist Director of Operation in carrying out expansion efforts specific to the assigned region.
Provide weekly checkins with Managers to support divisional goals provided by the Director of Operations.
Run reports and provide facility KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as requested from divisional leadership.
Collaborate with the Director of Operations to set quarterly goals for self and facilities based on KPIs.
Work with Managers to address conflicts as they arise in the practice including patient concerns staff conflicts scheduling and improving productivity of staff and facilities.
Ability to work with all departments and divisions Discovery Behavioral Health.
Support in the of the Divisions strategic plan.
Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with the Director of Operations to create and implement a plan of action.
Support in the standardization of processes and procedures through implementing and training your region
Provides daily onsite leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales profitability cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Participates in the development communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Works with leadership to address all physician practice and recruitment needs.
Train new Practice Managers Providers and additional staff as needed
Uphold organizational values of Access Quality and HighPerformance Organization
Uphold organizational and divisional standards and policies
Travel as necessary to Corporate Office and Clinics
Perform all duties delegated by Senior Management
Other duties as assigned by Senior Management

Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree required
Operations outpatient psychiatry & TMS experience strongly preferred.
Four years of healthcare industry experience
Four years of management and/or operations experience
