Job Description
- Ensure paper or raw materials (inks glues etc. are loaded into feeders hoppers bins etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running
- Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper
- Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation
- Recycle old/discarded plates
- Provide basic assistance as needed to makeready the equipment for operation
- Assist with retrieving plates hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with makeready of the plates
Shift and Hours: 2nd 3pm to 11pm m (Monday Friday)
Sign on Bonus: $1000
Disclosure Statement:
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $16.16 per hour. In addition to base pay depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime a sign on bonus shift differential callin and standby pay. Qualifications :
- Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training
- Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up operation and maintenance
- Able to operate hand carts pallet jacks stackers and hydraulic feed mechanisms
