Job Title: General Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)
Work Schedule: Flexible based on employers needs typically Monday to Friday.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented General Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role you will work on a variety of design projects including branding print materials digital assets social media graphics and web design elements. You will play a key role in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality onbrand designs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design background creativity and the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. We are looking for someone with experience in both print and digital design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design Creation
- Create compelling visual assets for print materials (e.g. brochures business cards posters flyers).
- Design engaging social media graphics email templates and banners.
- Develop website graphics landing pages and other digital assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design logos brand assets and templates for clients.
- Ensure consistency in design style and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing content and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with other designers and team members to refine design concepts and provide feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback.
- Project Management & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality assets.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in managing files ensuring smooth handovers to developers or other teams.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and project specifications adjusting design concepts as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Google Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create pixelperfect designs and provide highquality final deliverables.
- Creativity & Problem Solving: Strong design skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both team collaboration and client interactions.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in web design (e.g. creating web graphics website layout design).
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe Premiere After Effects).
- Experience with branding and logo design.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
