Requirements
No more than 4 jobs in the last year
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
Minimum 3 months of experience in the last 36 months
Loads
Dry Van trailer
100% notouch freight
Weekly averagemiles
The average length of haul is 400 miles
5060% drop & hook 4050% live unload
Not required to go into NYC or its five boroughs
OTR covering all 48 states primarily east of I35
2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia with speed of 68mph

Home Time
Out 1014 days home 2 days
Out 18 days home 3 days
Pay
Depends on verifiable experience (50cpm60cpm)
Detention: $12.50 an hour after the second hour
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Per diem program available
Direct deposit every Friday
SignOn Bonus (SOB): $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of bonus payout to qualify).
Next Steps
Attend a threeday inperson orientation at one of our terminals. Alfa Freight Inc. will cover your travel expenses and lodging as well.
