Job Details:
- Freight Type: 100% notouch dry van 60% drop & hook
- Pay: $1300$1400 per week (based on experience)
- Mileage Pay: $0.56$0.64 CPM (based on verified experience)
- Additional Pay: Detention layover and extra stop pay

- Home Time: Every week for 3448 hours
- Orientation Pay: $300 (paid on first paycheck)
- Bonus Potential: Up to $0.08 CPM monthly (fuel safety performance)

Recent CDLA Graduates:
Training Program:
- Duration: 46 weeks (Regional & OTR)
- Pay: $650 per week
- Home Time During Training: Every other week for 3448 hours
- Pet & Rider Policy: Allowed after training completion
- Paid Orientation: $300
Driver Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR Class A experience in the last year or 1 year in the past 5 years
- Age: 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- Employment History:
- Solid 10year work history with minimal gaps outside of schooling/training
- No more than 4 jobs in the last year with no terminations due to safety violations
Driving & Safety Requirements:
- Traffic Violations: No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- Serious Violations: No reckless driving or speeding 15 mph over the limit in the last year
- Accidents: No more than 1 DOTrecordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major accidents in the last 5 years
- DUI Policy: None in the past 5 years (maximum of one in a lifetime)
- Drug & Alcohol Testing: Must pass hair follicle and urine test during orientation
- Clearinghouse Compliance: No failed/refused DOT drug or alcohol tests and no SAP drivers
Criminal Background:
- No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years
- No criminal offenses involving children
