As a Senior Frontend Developer at Endava you will have participate in the activities of designing building and documenting enterprise solutions including test development to ensure service delivery meets expectations. You will provide development expertise for frontend systems from design to build.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with architects BAs and other project stakeholders to assess the feasibility of requirements and actively participates in defining technical solutions.
- Recommends and promotes IT industry standards tools and practices (DevOps etc. to achieve wellengineered software products.
- Designs estimates and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
- Learns applies and promotes new technologies practices and tools as appropriate to the project.
- Participates actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
- Proposes improvements and escalates risks/issues related to development activities.
- Participates in the review of the work done by development team members.
- Participates in internal and external tech communities events etc.
- Shares experience and knowledge gained from projects.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in software development using VueJS framework and ecosystem. Mandatory knowledge of Vuex and ES6. Nice to have: NodeJS NuxtJS Vue Router Vite Vitest Webpack Babel
- Strong understanding of different common programing paradigms (OOP Functional etc..
- Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles(e.g. SOLID GoF MVVM).
- Experience with responsive design and mobilefirst development principles ensuring seamless
user experiences across different screen sizes and devices. - Proficient in relevant programming languages frameworks and tools such as JavaScript/TypeScript HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with map and location libraries (eg. Mapbox)
- Deep knowledge of testing at all levels from unit testing to endtoend
- Proficiency in optimizing frontend applications for SEO including knowledge of best practices
such as serverside rendering (SSR) and clientside hydration - Experience in optimizing frontend performance including reducing load times minimizing
bundle sizes and implementing lazy loading techniques - Familiarity with Vue 3 and its latest features including Composition API and teleport
- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and service workers enabling offline
functionality and improved performance. - Familiarity with frontend security best practices including crosssite scripting (XSS) prevention
data sanitization and secure authentication methods. - Good understanding of version control systems like Git or similar
- Solid experience with testing and mocking frameworks
- Familiar with common communication protocols and standards such as HTTP REST JSON TCP/IP and others.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM KANBAN).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
- Good problemsolving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
