Job Description

The Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for the technical maintenance team and custodial staff.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Leading assigned team members in executing maintenance throughout the facility. Scheduling and management of work performed to completion.
- Monitor document and perform inspections and maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment under his or her responsibility to ensure they meet expected standards.
- Diagnosing mechanical repair and maintenance P.Ms. Schedule and perform maintenance on:
- Air Compressors.
- Water Pumps (Pump Houses)
- Vehicle Lifts.
- Roll up doors.
- Fire Extinguishers.
- Carwash and Wheel wash.
- Tire Machines and Balancers.
- Must have an ability to manage external vendors to ensure completion of projects in line with Continentals quality standards.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of working experience in related field
- 2 years facility maintenance experience
- Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
