Position: Lead Social Worker LCSW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Social Worker LCSW to join our clients team. As the Lead Social Worker you will be responsible for overseeing a team of social workers and providing highquality care to patients. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of social workers including hiring training and performance evaluations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective social work services
Provide direct social work services to patients including assessments counseling and referrals to community resources
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work services and make necessary adjustments
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient care and progress
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social work
Participate in meetings trainings and other activities to support the growth and development of the organization
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Current LCSW license in the state of insert state
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work preferably in a healthcare setting
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic medical records and other computer systems
Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and ethical standards in social work
