Requirements

The Marcom Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping datadriven marketing and communication strategies. This role is responsible for analysing the performance of marketing campaigns identifying trends and providing actionable insights to enhance brand communication audience engagement and campaign ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical detailoriented and has a passion for interpreting data to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Handson experience in visualization/Business intelligence (Power BI Tableau etc).

Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards reports and data.

Manage and organize marketing data from various platforms ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Maintain dashboards and visualization tools for realtime performance monitoring.

Collaborate with the Marcom team to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Provide recommendations to improve messaging targeting and channel effectiveness.

Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics social media insights and CRM systems to extract and interpret data.

Explore and implement new analytics tools to enhance data collection and reporting.

Manage the multichannel campaign analytics.


Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Marketing Business Analytics Statistics or related field.

Experience: 35 years of experience in marketing analytics preferably within a marketing team of a brand.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau Power BI Zoho CRM).

Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Insights LinkedIn Analytics).

Basic understanding of SQL and data querying is a plus.
