Job Description

We re seeking a meticulous and selfmotivated Basic Admin Assistant to join our talented team in a remote capacity. In this role you ll be the backbone of our research efforts utilizing your keen eye for detail and proficiency in online platforms to identify and compile lists of potential candidates. You ll work independently managing multiple research tasks and communicating findings primarily through email. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our talent acquisition process while developing your skills in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive online research using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify potential candidates based on specific parameters
  • Compile and organize detailed lists of qualified candidates ensuring accuracy and relevance to client needs
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple research tasks meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards
  • Communicate research findings and results clearly and concisely through email
  • Perform data entry and information verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist in streamlining the recruitment process by providing wellorganized and easily digestible candidate information
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online research and talent identification


Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Proficiency in using online research tools and platforms particularly LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with emailbased communication and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional home office setup
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
