Job Description
- Developing and implementing comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company s mission values and business objectives
- Ensure supplier compliance with social environmental and ethical sourcing standards
- Develop sustainability strategies initiatives including waste reduction ecofriendly materials
- Oversee worker welfare programs and ensure fair labor practices.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations standards and best practices in corporate social responsibility.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive CSR improvements and risk management.
- Prepare CSR reports and maintain transparency in sustainability efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a CSR Manager Sustainability Manager with minimum 10 years in CSR or sustainability in toys textiles or garment
- Strong knowledge ofCSR principles frameworks and best practices social compliance audits labor laws and supplier management.
- Familiarity with global toy safety and sustainability certifications.
- Excellent problemsolving negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations.
- Fluent in English
