Job Description

Are you looking to be part of a professional dynamic and friendly team We have an exciting fulltime permanent opportunity for an Administrator in our Spare Parts division. This role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

As an Administrator youll report to the Spare Parts Manager and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and answering telephone calls via the Call Centre.
  • Responding to emails in a shared Spare Parts mailbox promptly.
  • Order processing.
  • Processing cash payments.
  • Managing returns and pricing credits.
  • Handling new parts requests.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service across all functions.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone with:

  • Customer Service / Administration experience.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and time management skills.
  • A disciplined and accurate approach to data entry.
  • Established computer skills including Microsoft Office Word Excel and 365.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in spare parts would be advantageous but its not essential!
