Are you looking to be part of a professional dynamic and friendly team We have an exciting fulltime permanent opportunity for an Administrator in our Spare Parts division. This role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
As an Administrator youll report to the Spare Parts Manager and your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and answering telephone calls via the Call Centre.
- Responding to emails in a shared Spare Parts mailbox promptly.
- Order processing.
- Processing cash payments.
- Managing returns and pricing credits.
- Handling new parts requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders.
- Providing exceptional customer service across all functions.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone with:
- Customer Service / Administration experience.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and time management skills.
- A disciplined and accurate approach to data entry.
- Established computer skills including Microsoft Office Word Excel and 365.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in spare parts would be advantageous but its not essential!
