As a Client Relationship Manager you will be at the heart of our client success strategy by managing relationships to drive satisfaction and retention identifying opportunities for business growth and ensuring toptier service. This role involves proactive communication problemsolving and collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.
Day to day youll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary contact for clients ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Developing and implementing engagement strategies to enhance client relationships and unlock new business opportunities.
- Managing client portfolios driving satisfaction retention and longterm partnerships.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and resolve client issues.
- Conducting regular meetings performance reviews and satisfaction assessments.
- Analysing client feedback and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Interpreting financial statements and reports to assess client financial health.
- Managing and mentoring a Supply Chain Finance Support Officer ensuring efficient operations and professional development.
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in client relationship management account management or a similar role.
- Experience in the debtor finance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clientfirst mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reports.
