We are looking for a Sales Appointment Setter who will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to generate appointments for the sales team by making outbound calls to leads and prospects. You will play a key role in helping our sales team meet their targets by scheduling highquality appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call leads and prospects to set up appointments for the sales team.
- Qualify prospects and ensure that appointments are with decisionmakers.
- Schedule confirm and follow up on meetings with potential clients.
- Document and track appointment details in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team by providing relevant information about clients before meetings.
- Meet weekly or monthly appointmentsetting goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goaloriented with a strong desire to contribute to the sales teams success.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other scheduling tools.
