Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments maintaining calendars for management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documentation ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and management facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Provide support with HRrelated tasks such as onboarding new employees and assisting with administrative processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Knowledge of Thai is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
