Roles and responsibilities
1. Teaching and Instruction
- Course Development: Design and develop nursing curricula, including lesson plans, assignments, and exams that align with current trends and evidence-based practices in nursing.
- Classroom Teaching: Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and engage in hands-on demonstrations in the classroom. Use various teaching methods (e.g., case studies, simulations, multimedia) to enhance student learning.
