Job Description

About You: We are searching for an experienced energetic and creative Government Healthcare Sales Representative who will be responsible for the development of new GSA/Federal

Government business within the MidAtlantic area. This person will be the clients key contact for all business transactions. They will work with a team to secure both product and service contracts assist with strategic and tactical issues and to provide a leadership role on all major new business initiatives. If you are selfmotivated to succeed with a passion and willing to work hard we want to meet you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice in the government healthcare community and drive sales by raising company profile with key influencers such as designers architects general contractors and developers as well as with end user clients
  • Actively engage in business development activities throughout the local healthcare community attending a variety of events including those targeted at design and construction professionals
  • Put design solution and installation expertise to work helping clients create costeffective designs
  • Monitor progress of projects from start to finish including attending construction meetings to ensure complete client satisfaction 

Qualifications :

  • Min 3 years Government Sales Experience
  • Strong relationships in the Government arena
  • Understanding of Government account structures and procurement processes
  • Good understanding of government contracts RFPs and standard bid requests
  • Able to read and understand floor plans and other related technical drawings
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented atmosphere ensuring efficiency of projects from start to finish 
  • Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to deal with highly complex sales issues
  • Must be persistent responsive flexible intelligent competitive proactive confident and detail oriented
  • Experience selling contract furniture and/or related services a plus
  • BS/BA Degree required

Competitive Benefit and Health Package

Base Salary Range: $80000 To $110000 Commission Bonus
