Join our General Affairs / Health and Safety Team to handle Health & Safety tasks coordinate risk assessments organize fire evacuation exercises and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Youll also manage facilitiesrelated activities including liaising with contractors overseeing service contracts and maintaining a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Health & Safety compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate risk assessments inspections and evacuation drills.
- Manage relationships with service providers and oversee facility maintenance and repairs.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Senior Facilities Manager including financial administration and office organization.
- Assist with internal and external audits Business Continuity Planning activities and coordinate facility changes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- 35 years in facilities coordination or related fields.
- Strong skills in both German and English.
- Business Administration qualification or relevant experience.
- Proven ability with office administration IT tools and financial tasks.
- IOSH Managing Safely certificate is a plus.
