Job Description

Join our team as a MercedesBenz Sales Professional in Tulsa Oklahoma! Were looking for an enthusiastic and customerfocused individual to represent our prestigious brand and deliver exceptional sales experiences to our clients.

  • Showcase and demonstrate MercedesBenz vehicles to potential customers highlighting their features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Stay up to date with MercedesBenz product knowledge industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicle options financing and insurance products
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using CRM software
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
  • Valid drivers license
  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and market conditions
  • Familiarity with MercedesBenz product line and brand values a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and passion for the MercedesBenz brand
