Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic GTM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of outbound relationship building with large enterprises including Fortune 500 companies. This role focuses on identifying researching and engaging with highpotential prospects establishing preliminary relationships with key stakeholders and qualifying opportunities for senior Account Executives to close.

 

As a Strategic GTM Manager you will:

  • Conduct indepth research to identify and prioritize new enterprise prospects aligned with our customer profile and business goals.

  • Leverage expertise to navigate complex organizational structures and pinpoint key decisionmakers including Csuite executives.

  • Identify the right value propositions to address specific needs and pain points of each company and vertical ensuring a tailored approach.

  • Initiate outreach efforts through personalized communication effectively articulating the value of our solutions.

  • Lead preliminary discussions to understand business needs assess partnership potential and qualify leads based on fit and readiness.

  • Collaborate closely with senior Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoffs and support their efforts in closing deals.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities discussions and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and enterpriselevel challenges to refine outreach strategies.


Qualifications :

  • 8 years of experience in outbound relationship building and business development with a focus on large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.

  • Exceptional research and organizational navigation skills with the ability to identify and connect with key decisionmakers.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with executivelevel stakeholders.

  • Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and uncovering new opportunities.

  • Experience with CRM tools and a datadriven approach to prospecting.


Additional Information :

We are Wixs Enterprise team. Were a new team focused on becoming the goto solution for large companies looking to maximize their potential online. Through a combination of forwardthinking design language and a smart savvy tone of voice were pushing the boundaries of what it means to market SaaS products. The groundwork has been laid and were ready to take off. 


 

The approximate base compensation is $125000 $150000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

 

The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed shift candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
