Job Description
You will drive technological innovation and lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines. Youll work on scalable solutions mentor engineering teams and execute the roadmap that defines our companys future.
Youll transform complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions while maintaining our high standards for performance and reliability. You will:
Design and implement enterprisewide technical solutions for millions of users
Accelerate product development by establishing technical standards best practices and development frameworks
Further engineering excellence by mentoring team members and facilitating knowledge sharing across departments
Expedite critical technical decisions by analyzing tradeoffs and presenting datadriven recommendations
Activate crossfunctional initiatives by translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans
Qualifications :
Youre a talented Frontend Developer with at least 4 years experience working on clientside development on a large scale
Youre an expert on the latest JavaScript technologies (React Angular Vue etc) tools (Babel Webpack/Rollup/Parcel) and languages (Typescript ES6
Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery would be an advantage
Youre a great team player willing to mentor junior developers as well as learn from others
You know how to collaborate in order to deliver successful projects

We have several complete development teams that can work independently making us super flexible and ready for any challenge.
Our teams go where theyre needed most in the company. They might start something new help speed up an existing project or test out fresh ideas. Most of what we build are features that customers will use directly. We typically work on each project for a few months before passing it to the permanent team who will maintain it.
