Job Description
Our trading platforms must handle hundreds of trading orders per second while supporting highly complex and configurable business logic. Additionally the platform offers various APIs (Websockets / REST / FIX provides complex reports performs risk calculations and aggregations for thousands of active accounts and receives and distributes market data for numerous trading instruments. Platforms comprise multiple clientfacing UIs including a web terminal iOS and Android native apps as well as administrative webbased UIs all displaying realtime data every millisecond counts.
We constantly evolve our mobile terminals which are used by many clients on a daily basis. We have a proprietary highperformance mobile transport and share some portions of the code between iOS and Android through crosscompilation. As an architectural framework we use Clean Architecture with MVI on the presentation layer. For UI development we use Jetpack Compose wherever its possible. Part of our projects also actively use KMP.

In this role youll collaborate across small multicultural multilocation mobile teams and projects working on new solutions for various clients. Flexibility and adaptability are key as youll switch between different tasks and environments exploring new challenges and making a meaningful impact. What Youll Do:
- Shape and optimize our mobile trading terminals making them stable reliable and functional.
- Configure and deploy mobile platforms for new clients.
- Collaborate on our proprietary mobile transport system incorporating elements for both iOS and Android.
- Craft stateoftheart responsive UIs leveraging Jetpack Compose as part of a dynamic diverse and multilocation mobile team.
- Collaboratively innovate: in our team every voice is valuable. Pair with product owners UX experts and fellow developers to bring cuttingedge ideas to life.
- Continually refine our developer experience spearheading technical experiments and prototype creations.

Qualifications :
Musthave skills:
- Mastery of Kotlin with a strong grasp of memory management and concurrency.
- Competence in Java with the ability to make modifications.
- Understanding KotlinJava interoperability.
- Solid experience in Android Jetpack (Compose MVVM Hilt)
- Reactive programming particularly with Kotlin Flow and/or RxKotlin.
- Strong foundation in OOP SOLID principles and data structures.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Ability to dive in the sophisticated business domain (of course with the help of experienced teammates) and learn new things fast.
Nicetohave skills:
- Experience in modularisation using Gradle.
- Experience in writing Gradle plugins.
- Familiarity with CI tools such as TeamCity Kotlin DSL Docker.
- Scripting skills in Kotlin and bash for automation.
- Experience in annotation processing and code generation.
- Experience in trading and capital markets.
- Experience in Kotlin multiplatform Maven.
- Experience in serverside development showcasing versatility across the full stack.
