Are you ready to take your leadership journey to the next level Join us at Frenchs Forest Primary OSHCare as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!

This permanent fulltime role offers 31 hours per week including 4 noncontact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:

  • 6:309:00am (Rise then Shine)
  • 2:306:00pm (Stay and Play)

As an added recruitment incentive this role comes with a commencement bonus of $1500 (paid at 4 weeks in role) PLUS a retention bonus of an additional $1500 paid at 12 months in the role.

About the Role Lead Your Team to Success!

As an OSHC Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before and afterschool program for children aged 512 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • Youll create and lead a dynamic childcentered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
  • Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage daytoday operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
