Job Description

Join us as an OSHClub Coordinator at Woodland Grove in beautiful Byford WA! This permanent parttime role offers 34 hours per week including 4 noncontact admin hours. Youll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday 6:309:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:306:00pm (Stay and Play). Its an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team making a real difference in the lives of children! 

About the role 

Step into an exciting leadership role where youll guide a team of passionate Educators running an engaging before and afterschool program at a primary school for children aged 512 years. With dedicated support from a statespecific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly youll be set up for success! 

  • Create and lead a dynamic childcentered program packed with fun activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftswhatever sparks the kids imagination!  

  • Build strong relationships with children the school families and the wider community while taking charge of your teams roster daytoday operations compliance and admin. 

  •  This is your chance to inspire lead and make a real impact every day! 

Who are we looking for 

We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have: 

Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact 
Communicates clearly and confidently 
Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role 
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check 
Has Australian work rights
Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
