About the Role
Were seeking a proactive and skilled Manager Property Maintenance to join our team delivering exceptional outcomes across building and landscape projects.
What you will do
- Oversee and deliver highquality building and landscape maintenance.
- Manage small building and landscape projects to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team including carpenters horticulturalists greenskeepers and labourers.
- Foster a strong team culture aligned with corporate values.
- Develop and manage budgets contracts and relationships with clients stakeholders contractors and suppliers.
- Drive safety leadership and uphold risk management and legal compliance in all construction activities.
- Travel inter/intrastate as required to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications :
About you
- You hold a degree in construction engineering architecture or related field (trade qualifications desirable).
- You have substantial experience in the building and landscaping industry with experience working alongside architects and designers.
Additional skills include:
- Expectational problem solving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks manage changing scopes and handle challenges effectively.
