Job Description
- Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
- Administer Psychological Evaluations.
- Conduct Mental Health Screenings.
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
- Write recommendations based on clinical evaluation and interview for service track to be assigned based on FCO:
- SSI/SSDI
- Wellness
- Vocational Rehabilitation Services
- Career Center for Employment Services
- Determine need for additional assessment per observation
- Participates in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes including providing input to the design of any review physician forms
- Participates in any required training related to the position and its responsibilities
- Understands and adheres to HRA policies and procedures and RWS standard operating procedures related to the clinical assessment process and physician review requirements specifically
- Evaluations are conducted in the primary language of the client.
- Perform additional duties delegated by the CMO.
Qualifications :
Three years experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.
Experience in a fastpaced team environment that is performance driven.
Experience with publicly funded programs: TANF experience preferable.
Fluency in a language other than English a plus
Superior time management skills with ability to complete evaluations and written reports within very tight time frames.
Excellent communication skills particularly with individuals from a wide range of socioeconomic background
Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently.
Education:
NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Required)
Additional Information :
Starting Salary Range: $100K $115K/annually
