Job Description
What you will do:
Grow in a fulfilling career as a Transportation Security Officer at the Glacier Park International Airport (GPI) working alongside a team of aviation security professionals. You will use your outstanding customer service and criticalthinking skills while ensuring passenger safety by identifying and preventing unsafe objects from entering onto aircraft.
Responsibilities specific to this role include but are not limited to:
- Passenger and Baggage Screening
- Operating various screening equipment.
- Communicating and interacting with travelers
Qualifications :
What you will need:
- Be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Be proficient in English (reading writing speaking and listening)
- Must possess customer service skills
- Pass a computerized assessment (grammar and ability to interpret Xrays)
- Pass a medical evaluation (vision hearing and joint mobility exam)
- Pass preemployment drug test
- Pass a TSA background and financial records check
- Ability to work any day Monday Sunday and any shift between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM
- Minimum Clearance to Start: Public Trust

Training
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Receive onthejob training and if applicable travel accommodations for a 2week training session in Georgia to become a certified officer.
