Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Associate with a strong strategic and operational approach capable of generating business opportunities and managing relationships with partners and Clevel decisionmakers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new clients using LinkedIn and digital tools.
- Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot) to optimize the sales funnel.
- Develop support materials for the sales team using PowerPoint Canva and Excel.
- Monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Engage with highlevel stakeholders to promote solutions and services.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in business development sales or marketing.
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Excel Canva and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Proactivity autonomy and resultsoriented mindset.
