Job Description
INFICON is looking for someone to lead its global industrial engineering focused Semi Smart Manufacturing Marketing efforts. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting and accelerating INFICONs growth in this market. This role will require a strong existing reputation and the ability to represent INFICONs vision to the industry at various industry functions/events as well as the specific requirements listed below.
Product Management:
- Define product strategy roadmap and feature prioritization in alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D engineering and design teams to ensure product specifications align with market requirements.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer feedback sessions to inform roadmap and product development.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the development and refinement of product messaging and positioning based on indepth knowledge of smart manufacturing methodologies semiconductor processes competitive landscape and customer requirements.
Technical Marketing:
- Develop and communicate compelling product value propositions and technical differentiators.
- Create technical content including white papers case studies presentations and webinars to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Partner with the sales team to deliver training and support that empowers them to effectively sell the product.
- Provide presales technical support including the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and product demonstrations that address customer needs and showcase our solutions.
- Lead the development of product demos and technical materials for tradeshows conferences and customer engagements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Serve as the voice of the customer across teams ensuring their needs are represented in product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to execute campaigns that position INFICON products effectively in the marketplace.
- Work with support teams to address customer inquiries and integrate feedback into product roadmap.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in technical marketing or related field with a proven track record in leading marketing teams
- Deep understanding of technology trends and market dynamics in the B2B tech industry
- Advanced technical knowledge in Semi Industrial Engineering and Smart Manufacturing
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans
- Strong skills in product positioning messaging and digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis market research and deriving actionable insights
- Excellent project management abilities with a track record of delivering results
- Outstanding communication and public presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring highperforming teams
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions
Additional Information :
For New York the expected salary range for this position is between $150k and $200k. In addition INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience location and other factors permitted by law
