Our client is a prominent player in the financial sector partnering with Accesa to enhance their communication and collaboration systems. By implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams and the M365 environment we ensure seamless operations for both endusers and technical teams while driving the adoption of new technologies.
Responsabilities:
- Manage Exchange Systems: Oversee onpremises hybrid and pure Office 365 Exchange environments to ensure seamless functionality.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Take ownership of maintaining and configuring the Microsoft 365 environment to meet business needs.
- Support Microsoft Teams: Fulfill the responsibilities of a Microsoft Teams Administrator ensuring smooth operation and user support.
- Optimize IT Environments: Maintain and enhance Microsoftbased and thirdparty environments across diverse projects driving efficiency and performance.
- Address Client Needs: Respond proactively to client requests changes and incidents while adhering to ITIL and Agile best practices.
- Automate and Improve Services: Leverage automation and continuous improvement strategies to deliver highquality services and optimize workflows.
- Implement Change Management: Manage and oversee changes within the M365 environment ensuring alignment with operational standards.
Qualifications :
Must Have:
- At least 3 years with Microsoft 365 and 1 year in Microsoft Teams including configuration integration and security features.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Office 365 SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
- Microsoft Teams rollout experience.
- Microsoft 365 adoption and governance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- M365 security fundamentals and PowerShell scripting skills.
- Effective communication skills with a good command of English and German.
Nice to have:
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or ITIL are a plus.
- Show a keen interest in staying current with emerging technologies and place value on sharing knowledge within the team.
