Are you passionate about providing services and support to children and families in your community The Childrens Home is looking for a Licensed Professional to join our expanding Children and Family Treatment and Support Services program in Sullivan County NY!!
Position Summary
The Licensed Professional will provide individual family and group services to youth between the ages of birth and 21 years old and their families in Broome County in a variety of setting to improve overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Carry full caseload and provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress.
- Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with other staff and outside service providers.
- Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team.
- Attend supervision and staff meetings.
Requirements
Education
- Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology or related field required.
- LMSW LCSW LMHC LMFT or Licensed Psychologist preferred.
- Supervision available for candidates operating with a Limited Permit.
Experience
- Must have a valid Drivers License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.
