Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience to create visually stunning designs that communicate our brand story and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio a passion for creativity and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation:
Design highquality graphics for marketing campaigns social media websites blogs email newsletters and product branding.
Create eyecatching visuals for ads posters brochures and other promotional materials.
2. Brand Development:
Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and adhere to Acowales branding guidelines.
Develop new design concepts that enhance brand recognition and visibility.
3. Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with the marketing product and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative ideas for campaigns.
4. Digital Design:
Design social media posts banners infographics and illustrations that align with current trends and engage users.
Develop designs optimized for various digital platforms and screen sizes.
5. File Management & Organization:
Maintain organized files and backups for all design projects.
Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1 year of experience as a graphic designer in an agency startup or corporate setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
Knowledge of typography color theory layout design and branding principles.
Ability to take constructive feedback and refine designs based on input.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
NicetoHave:
Experience in motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital platforms.
