Job Overview:
Printleaf a fastgrowing provider of largeformat printing and signage solutions is looking for a motivated and detailoriented Print Production Specialist to join our team. Youll handle all aspects of producing highquality signage including operating equipment preparing materials and ensuring excellent results. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and take pride in your craft this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain largeformat printers laminators and plotters.
- Prepare substrates and materials for printing and fabrication.
- Handle cutting trimming and assembly of printed materials.
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Required: Handson experience with largeformat printers laminators and plotters.
- Preferred: Installation experience and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver highquality work on time.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the largeformat printing or sign industry.
- Proficiency with largeformat printers laminators and plotters.
- Handson experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
- Strong math and measurement skills for precise production work.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable using light power equipment and tools.
- Highly detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable punctual and able to work without direct supervision.
