About the role: The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative and operational tasks including ordering materials coordinating with subcontractors managing QuickBooks Online and helping with social media content.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Comfortable using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Proficient in social media platforms particularly Facebook and Instagram (experience with editing and posting content is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors subcontractors and clients.
- Ability to work independently with strong problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks including scheduling and client communication.
- Order materials for service repairs and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on system replacement jobs ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- Reconcile and manage QuickBooks Online for financial accuracy and reporting.
- Assist with social media management by editing and posting content to Facebook and Instagram.
- Provide research and project coordination support for larger business projects such as website development and newsletters.
- Help move longterm projects forward especially during peak summer months when the solopreneur’s time is focused on emergency repairs.
