Job Description:
We are seeking a REMOTE Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives driving the development and optimization of machine learning models that enhance strategic decisionmaking for our clients. This leadership role involves building and deploying models mentoring junior team members and collaborating across teams to deliver datadriven insights. Youll play a critical part in advancing our analytics capabilities and shaping the future of our platform.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science Statistics or related field (Masters preferred)
- 4 years of data science experience with leadership exposure
- Proficiency in Python or R with strong SQL skills
- Experience with machine learning neural networks and ensemble methods
- Familiarity with big data tools like PySpark or Databricks
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
- High autonomy and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
- Spanish proficiency (a plus)
