Job Description
As a growing establishment known for our vibrant atmosphere and commitment to quality we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses and Bartenders to join our team. If you love working in a fastpaced customerfocused environment and have a passion for hospitality we d love to meet you
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests taking orders and serving food and drinks.
- Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience and assist with any special requests.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items including specials to make recommendations to customers.
- Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
For Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service at the bar ensuring guests are attended to in a timely and friendly manner.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Keep uptodate knowledge of cocktail recipes and new trends in the industry.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements

Previous experience in food service, bartending, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (bartenders). Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for providing great service.
