You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Villa Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas and providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Attend daily briefings and take on the daily assigned task.
Ensure the cleanliness of villas.
Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures
Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests’ requests are promptly attended to.
Report damage or malfunction to the Supervisor.
Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness.
Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately.
Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor promptly.
Guest Service and Hospitality
Guest Welcome: Greet guests upon their arrival at the villa, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to.
Personalized Service: Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized services, including assisting with special requests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
Handling Requests: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, whether it’s for additional amenities, arranging transportation, or organizing activities.
Ensuring Comfort: Make sure guests have everything they need during their stay, including arranging extra linens, toiletries, or assisting with luggage.
Villa Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning and Tidying: Ensure the villa is thoroughly cleaned and tidied before and after each guest’s stay. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and ensuring all furniture and fixtures are spotless.
Room Setup: Prepare guest rooms by making beds, ensuring fresh linens, and replenishing amenities such as toiletries, towels, and water bottles.
Laundry Services: Handle laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing guest linens and personal items when required, and ensuring that clothes and towels are returned clean and neatly.
Maintaining Common Areas: Ensure all common spaces (e.g., living room, dining area, outdoor patio) are clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times.
High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Villa or Housekeeping Attendant
Willing to work in varying weather conditions
Good English communication skills
Stocking and Replenishing Supplies
Monitoring Supplies: Keep track of inventory levels for items such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and towels. Replenish items as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Setting Up Special Arrangements: Assist with setting up special arrangements for guests, such as preparing flowers, setting the table for meals, or arranging decor based on guests' preferences.
Managing Facilities and Equipment
Pool and Outdoor Area Maintenance: If the villa has a pool or garden, assist with basic maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. This could include cleaning the pool area, arranging outdoor furniture, or maintaining landscaping.
Ensuring Functionality of Appliances: Report any issues with the villa’s appliances or equipment, such as air conditioning, heating, lighting, or kitchen appliances, and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Security Checks: Ensure that all villa doors and windows are securely closed after use and that the property remains safe throughout the guests' stay.
