At Harrier we are looking for an additional Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner to join our talent delivery team and embed into Harriers onsite talent team at Newmont the worlds largest gold miner.
Harriers dedicated onsite Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Driving the talent agenda and delivering exceptional talent to our customer across Australia
- Become a true talent business partner and excel at offering an endtoend TA service including proactive attraction and selection of talent for a wide variety of Senior appointments (Corporate White collar Technical) in our Head Office and manage the strategic recruitment for Offshore Projects
- Partnering with guiding and coaching Senior stakeholders and hiring managers and advising and upskilling them on talent acquisition protocols and processes
- Strategic recruitment for offshore projects working closely with the global mobility team and ensuring all Expat recruitment is aligned with project goals
- Delivering a holistic engaging and efficient talent process to senior candidates and hiring managers will always be a priority
- Champion and manage projects to improve talent attraction outcomes such as recruitment process and practices reviews heightening the inclusion and diversity focus across the business enhancing recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness and innovating and optimising talent technology.
This hybrid role will initially be offered on a 6 month contract basis however genuine career and development opportunities are available at Harrier with future roles across the business always open for consideration.

Qualifications :
Working strategically with pace tenacity and extreme care and diligence will be some of your strengths. You will also possess the following skills:
- Extensive Senior/Executive recruitment experience across a broad range of Corporate White Collar and Technical roles in Australia
- Experience within mining oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environments is essential
- Demonstrable experience working directly with hiring leaders at Executivelevel managing expectations while driving and delivering recruitment processes to the highest level of quality outcomes
- Hiring manager and stakeholder management at a senior level; partnering and consulting with hiring leaders with the ability to manage expectations and set standards for positive working relationships
- Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line
- Understanding recruitment process analytics and reporting and delivering insights to immediate hiring managers and stakeholders
- A focus on continuous improvement and innovative process solutions
- Excellent ability in building and maintaining strong relationships to engage stakeholders and candidates as well as providing training to hiring managers
- Versatile and adaptive communication style to various stakeholder communities and the ability to articulate messaging in the most appropriate and effective forum
- Managing conflicting priorities and deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and commitment to candidate and customer care
