We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Consultant to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. In this role you will play a critical part in overseeing project portfolios ensuring that key projects are executed efficiently and in alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of projects while maintaining project governance standards.
- Oversee and manage the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring that projects are on track and aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects identifying any risks delays or issues and providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Implement and enforce project management processes methodologies and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and maintain project schedules resource plans and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and report on project performance providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective project documentation including project charters status reports and meeting minutes and maintain a central project repository.
- Provide training and support to project teams on project management processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and PMO processes within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Pharmacy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PMO Consultant or Project Manager with a strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana or similar).
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address projectrelated issues.
- Experience with risk management and mitigating projectrelated risks.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards is a plus.
- PMP PgMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
