About the Role
An Outstanding school in Enfield is seeking a Health & Social Care Teacher to join their dedicated faculty. This parttime permanent role starts in April 2025 providing an exciting opportunity to teach Health & Social Care up to KS5 equipping students with knowledge of the healthcare sector and social work principles.

Responsibilities
- Teach Health & Social Care across KS3 KS4 and KS5 focusing on practical and theoretical learning
- Guide students through GCSE and ALevel coursework helping them understand medical ethics care practices and health policies
- Inspire students through guest lectures work placements and research projects
- Work collaboratively to develop the Health & Social Care curriculum
- Lead extracurricular activities such as health awareness campaigns first aid training and charity projects
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Health & Social Care Psychology or a related field
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching Health & Social Care up to KS5
