Job Description
The Analytical Product Specialist provides technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams focusing on India and extending to the APAC region. The role includes presales and postsales support utilizing deep knowledge of Biotage analytical product lines to ensure customer satisfaction product adoption and business growth.
Location:
Hyderabad/ Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide pre and postsales technical and applicational support on Biotages analytical sample preparation to customers distributors and internal teams in India and APAC.
Customer Relations:
Build strong relationships with key customers offering tailored solutions. Conduct product demos seminars and workshops. Support sales during customer visits and presentations.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with product positioning and competitive differentiation. Support regional sales strategies identify new business opportunities and provide market insights.
Market Research & Feedback:
Monitor industry trends and competitor products. Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and R&D.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Masters or PhD in Analytical Chemistry (PhD preferred). Strong knowledge of sample preparation and LCMS/MS techniques.
Experience:
Proven experience in analytical workflows. 5 years in technical support or as a product specialist in the analytical chemistry industry or equivalent handson technical experience is required.
Skills:
Strong technical problemsolving ability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently in India and APAC.
Additional Information:
Travel:
Frequent travel within India and occasionally across APAC.
Languages:
Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
