You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented and creative 3D Blender Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating highquality 3D assets and animations using Blender. You will work closely with the art and development teams to bring concepts to life ensuring that the final product meets our artistic and technical standards.
Responsibilities:
3D Modeling:
Create detailed 3D models of characters environments and props based on concept art or reference images.
Ensure models are optimized for performance without sacrificing quality.
Texturing and Shading:
Apply textures and shaders to 3D models to achieve the desired visual style.
Work with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows to create realistic textures.
Rigging and Animation:
Rig characters and objects for animation.
Create highquality animations for characters creatures and objects.
Lighting and Rendering:
Set up lighting for scenes to enhance the visual appeal.
Render scenes and animations for use in games films or marketing materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other artists designers and developers to ensure a cohesive vision.
Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on assets based on feedback.
Optimization:
Optimize assets for realtime performance in game engines or other interactive applications.
Ensure that all 3D assets meet technical requirements and constraints.
Documentation:
Maintain organized project files and document workflows and techniques.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
Qualifications :
Blender:
Proficient in Blender for modeling texturing rigging animation and rendering.
Adobe Suite:
Experience with Adobe Photoshop for texturing and postprocessing.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for compositing and visual effects is a plus.
Additional Software:
Knowledge of ZBrush or other sculpting software for highresolution modeling.
Familiarity with other 3D software (e.g. Maya 3ds Max) is a plus but not required.
