Job Description

Spencer Health Solutions delivers innovative solutions that simplify and improve healthcare and medication management for home care care organizations and institutional settings. Our cuttingedge technology connects patients providers and payors driving improved patient outcomes and operational efficiencies. We seek a dynamic Sales Director to expand our presence and drive growth in the Netherlands.

Role Overview:

The Sales Director will lead business development efforts across the Netherlands driving the adoption of Spencer Health Solutions technology. This role demands a strategic resultsdriven professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has experience scaling medical technology sales developing payor relationships and closing highvalue deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the Netherlands market.
  • Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to engage with executives and share return on investment analysis

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Clevel executives key stakeholders and payor organizations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor understanding client needs and aligning solutions to their business objectives.

Revenue Generation:

  • Close largescale deals (greater than $500K) and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and crossselling initiatives.

Market Development:

  • Build Spencer Health Solutions presence in the Netherlands by establishing partnerships with key players in the healthcare sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work with Global team in a collborative ans supportive manner
  • Work crossfunctionally with internal teams to deliver clientcentric solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

 


Qualifications :

  • Proven success in sales leadership roles within medical technology or technology scaling.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with Clevel executives.
  • Expertise in quantitative selling and strategic account management.
  • Familiarity with payor relations and reimbursement landscapes in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to close highvalue deals (greater than $500K).
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
