Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Specialist (SME to provide expertlevel guidance in optimizing and managing key operational processes within a DoD environment. The SME will serve as the goto authority in business operations offering deep insights and technical expertise to solve complex operational challenges improve efficiency and support strategic decisionmaking. These are fulltime roles located on Redstone Arsenal AL with work anticipated March 2025 upon award.
Duties involved with this role:
- Provide highlevel advice and recommendations to optimize processes and solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to ensure that business operations align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop best practices frameworks and standards to optimize operational workflows.
- Act as a subject matter advisor for project managers and teams offering technical and operational insights to drive success.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to leadership supporting datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Foster knowledge transfer within the organization ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary skills and understanding to succeed.
Qualifications :
Clearance Requirement:
- Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
Experience:
- Recognized as an Industry Leader experience encompasses
- Proven track record of delivering expertlevel solutions in a highly specialized domain
- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex operational challenges
- Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
