Hope you are doing well! We are pleased to inform you of the following opportunity for Sales Head with a premium resort in Bangalore.
JD :
(I) Sales Strategy and :
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across all business segments (corporate leisure MICE etc..
Identify and explore new business opportunities partnerships and markets to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine strategies.
(II) Team Leadership :
Build mentor and lead a highperforming sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Set clear goals KPIs and performance metrics for the team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
(III) Revenue Management :
Collaborate with the revenue management and marketing teams to optimize pricing promotions and
packages.
Drive crossselling opportunities across to maximize customer value.
(IV) Client Relationship Management :
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders.
Represent the Resort at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
(V) Sales Operations :
Ensure effective implementation of sales processes CRM tools and reporting systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts reports and updates to senior management.
(VI) Marketing Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns digital strategies and brand positioning.
Contribute to creating impactful marketing content and collateral tailored to different customer segments.
Requirements :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hotel industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Familiarity with CRM systems revenue management tools and digital sales platforms.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments.
